- Our office will pre-assign your neighborhood with a pumpout date and promote this event through post card mailings and lawn signs.
- With the help of our mailings and signs, interested neighbors will be directed to this website to enroll.
- As more neighbors enroll, the pumpout price will keep dropping for everyone! See the discount chart below.
- “Word of Mouth”, among neighbors, is a great way to lower the price!
- Enroll for your discount-pumpout online or call our office.
- Once enrolled, check our website closer to the scheduled pumpout date to see how low your discount has dropped!
- Payment. To secure your appointment, a credit card is required
at time of enrollment. If customer would like to pay by check, they must

Possible ADDITIONAL CHARGES to be added to discount-pumpout price.
Additional Gallons Charge- Pumpout price is based off of a 1,000 gallon septic tank (standard size for up to a 4 bedroom home). If your tank is larger, holding 1,250, 1,300 or 1,500 gallons, an additional $ 0.21per gallon will be added to your price.
• 1,250 gallons, add $52.50
for pumping an extra 250 gallons |
• 1,300 gallons, add $63
for pumping an extra 300 gallons |
• 1,500 gallons, add $105
for pumping an extra 500 gallons |
Dig Charge- If septic tank lid is buried, you can dig to expose the lid, or New Jersey Septic Management Group
can dig for a rate of $25 per 6”.
Heavy Sludge Charge- When septic tanks are neglected or if the 1st compartment of a double compartment
septic tank is undersized, the sludge layer becomes so deep and thick that normal pumping becomes difficult and
more time is required. Heavy sludge means little, if any liquids are left in the tank and pumper must backwash
liquid into the tank to pump out sludge. This process will have to be done several times and requires more time
than a normal pumping and will be an additional charge of $75.
Why Get a Septic Tank Pumpout From
New Jersey Septic Management Group?
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY- New Jersey Septic Management Group, LLC is a full service, on-site wastewater-management company, servicing both residential and commercial septic systems. We are committed to “Protecting Our Groundwater…One Septic System at a Time”. We pledge to be a leader in New Jersey by introducing the latest in septic system technology, investing in the latest equipment & software and providing services to help protect our groundwater. Our goal is to educate the public regarding the proper use and maintenance of a septic system. We offer advanced services to help prolong a system’s life while helping our customers become responsible septic system owners.
Our philosophy takes us beyond just pumping your tank. We want to build a long-term relationship, so as your septic system needs arise; you have someone to call who has history on your system.
- Neighborhood Discount Program means the LOWEST PRICES!
- 10-Point Septic Tank Check means we don't “PUMP & RUN”. Ten (10) tank items are checked and data is kept for history.
- Perform sludge build-up removal. We will use an agitator, high-pressure spray and/or backwash to remove all built-up solids from BOTTOM, SIDES & CORNERS of septic tank.
- Customer Education shows we are committed to teaching our customers how to properly use and maintain their septic system, which in turn will help protect our groundwater.
- We provide an Effluent Filter Service Program which will prolong the life of your septic system by preventing sludge particles from escaping the septic tank and settling in the disposal field, causing eventual failure.
- Investment in vehicle technology. Two new pump trucks will service our customers, equipped with the latest technology so our pumpers can perform a professional, efficient pumpout. This “Green” technology lessens the burden on the environment at local waste-disposal sites.
- Investment in service tracking software means we will contact you when the next pumpout is due, giving you peace of mind in knowing you won’t fall behind on this important maintenance.
What is "Pump & Run", you ask? Any pumper who only opens your septic tank lid, pumps out the top layer of scum, gray water (effluent) and most of the sludge, then leaves. He does not backwash or stir up tank's contents to ensure total sludge removal from sides and corners. He doesn't perform a thorough 10-point tank check to identify possible concerns or make the effort to educate homeowners about the largest, most costly appliance in your home, the septic system.
