Thank you for your interest in Eco-Pure Peat Moss Biofilter technology. New Jersey Septic Management Group is the sole distributor, in New Jersey, for the introduction and expansion of the Eco-Pure Peat Moss Biofilter. This product offers homeowners a new option to use “environmental-friendly” technology and the ability to reduce or eliminate the need for mounded septic systems.

Although peat moss septic system technology has been used for decades throughout the country, on April 8, 2005, peat moss biofilter technology was approved for use in New Jersey by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). This technology is approved for both new home construction and alteration (replacement) septic systems. The goal of New Jersey Septic Management Group is to advance the availability of Eco-Pure Peat Moss Biofilters in New Jersey by forming strong relationships with reputable engineers and installers throughout the state who would like to be trained and certified to design and install this technology. We will encourage these professional engineers and installers to work closely with their own local health departments as we collectively bring awareness of this technology to both townships and homeowners.
